Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use shravi.shop or buy from Shravi. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them.

Products and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The price charged is the one shown at checkout.
• We try to show products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
• Stock is limited. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and cancel that item.

Orders and payment

• Payment is Cash on Delivery — pay in cash or UPI to the delivery partner when your order arrives.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it (usually by a phone call). We may cancel orders we cannot confirm, orders with incorrect details, or orders that look fraudulent.
• Please be available to receive your order. Repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery orders may mean we cannot accept future orders from you.

Shipping

• We deliver across India, usually within 3–7 working days after we confirm your order.
• Shipping is free on orders above ₹999; otherwise a ₹79 shipping fee is added at checkout.

Returns and exchanges

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged.
• If an item arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can sign in with your email and password or with Google. You can delete your account any time from My account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or spam.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site — for example by trying to break in, overload it, place fake orders or send spam.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the products you order as described. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
