Privacy Policy

Shravi ("we", "us") sells bags and fashion jewellery through shravi.shop. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to run the shop and deliver your orders.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address, city, state, pincode, and (if you give it) your email address and a note for us.
- When you create an account: your name, email address and a password. We never store your password itself — only a scrambled (hashed) version that nobody, including us, can read.
- When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and a Google account ID that Google shares with us after you agree. We do not get your Google password or access to your Gmail, contacts or any other Google data.
- When you contact us: your name, phone or email, and your message.
- Wishlist and reviews: the products you save, and any review you write (stars, text and an optional photo). Reviews are shown publicly with your first name and the first letter of your last name, only after we approve them.
- "Notify me": your email and the style or product you asked about, so we can tell you once when it is available.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to block spam and repeated wrong passwords. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your shopping bag and login are kept in your own browser's storage.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders (including calling you to confirm a Cash on Delivery order).
- To send you emails about your order (received, confirmed, shipped, delivered or cancelled) and about your account (confirming your email, resetting your password).
- To let you log in, see your orders and check out faster.
- To answer your messages and handle returns.
- To keep the shop secure and prevent fraud and spam.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the shop, and only for that purpose:
- Render (render.com) — hosts our website and stores shop data. Servers are in the United States.
- Resend (resend.com) — sends our order and account emails.
- Google — only if you choose "Continue with Google", to confirm who you are.
- Courier / delivery partners — your name, phone and address, to deliver your order.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account until you delete it. Order records are kept for as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and legal requirements. Contact messages are deleted when no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
- See and update your details any time in My account → My details.
- Delete your account any time in My account → Password → Delete my account. This also removes your wishlist and reviews. Past orders stay in our records (without being linked to your account) for delivery, returns and accounting.
- Stop using Google sign-in: remove Shravi from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/connections.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion through the Contact form.
Security
The whole site uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, logins are protected against guessing, and only the shop owner can see orders and customer details. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a problem affects you.
Children
If you are under 18, please use the site with a parent's or guardian's permission.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
